Join us virtually on Wednesday, August 18th at 6:30 pm for a live author talk with Caroline Ailanthus. Caroline will be discussing her latest novel Ecological Memory—a story set 20 years after a global pandemic. Ecological memory is part scientific detective story, part post-apocalyptic travelogue. This timely novel is hopeful exploration about what happens after you lose everything.

Our evening discussion will focus on exploring Caroline’s book including the process of creating a fictional pandemic versus living through a real one as well as how the science of ecology can be a source of perspective and hope in the face of loss.
